The 16th APLMF meeting will be held at Holiday Inn in Chiang Mai, Thailand from November 3-5, 2009. Please be informedthat the
" Loi Krathong Festival " will be celebrated nationwide in Thailand from October 31 -November 4. At that time, most of the Hotels in Chiang Mai will be booked. So, it is necessary that all delegates must book their rooms at the hotel at least 1 month early. Please mark your calendar accordingly. We will update the information about this meeting later..
