Venue and Hotel

-Venue- The APLMF Working Groups Meeting & 13th Forum Meeting are going to be held on November 15th - 17th, 2006 at the Furama City Centre Singapore. As indicated in the program, the WGs and Forum Meetings will take place in Ballroom I located on the 5th floor of the hotel. For delegates who will bring a laptop to the meeting, we will prepare the power outlet and LAN cable. Please let us know prior to the meetings if you need them. The Opening Ceremony scheduled in the morning of the second day (16th) will be held in Ballroom II, which is right next to the Forum Meeting room. We will have a catring service for coffee break outside the meeting room. Please come to the reception desk in front of the Ballroom I and recieve your name tags and meeting documents after you arrive to the hotel. The reception will start at 3pm on 14th.



	-Hotel- Please make your hotel reservation by using the "Furama City Centre Hotel Reservation Form." The hotel prepared four different package prices for the APLMF delegates and Meeting guests. Credit card information is required in the reservation form; however, the hotel will hold the reservation up to 6:00pm on the actual day of arrival for delegates who did not provide his or her credit card information. If you plan to check in after 6:00pm and will not provide the card information, please contact APLMF Secretariat. Access Information The train leaving the Airport station shuttles between the airport and Tanah Merah Station (EW4). Delegates must then alight (and walk across the platform) to board the train that arrives on the East West (EW) line. On the train traveling on the EW line, alight at Outram Park station. Follow the signages to the North-East (NE) line platform and board the train towards Chinatown. You need to alight at the next station which is the Chinatown station. At the Chinatown station, head to exit at People’s Park Centre, walk along (with the flow of traffic) Eu Tong Sen Street and turn left to Havelock Square to access to Furama City Centre Hotel.
