4. Visa information
All foreign delegates attending the APLMF Meeting in Indonesia are required to comply with the entry and visa regulations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The visa policy depends on the nationality of each delegate, and Indonesia provides several options to facilitate short visits for official meetings, conferences, and business purposes. Currently, Indonesia offers the following entry schemes for international visitors:

4.1. Visa Exemption (Free Entry)
Applicable to citizens of selected countries for short visits (up to 30 days).

4.2. Visa on Arrival (VoA)
The B1 – Tourist (Visa on Arrival) visa is eligible for specific countries with a first stay permit of up to 30 days, starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is extendable once for another 30 days. It is eligible for conversion into another type of stay permit through a bridging visa mechanism. Information regarding Visa on Arrival can be found here.
Alternatively, you may apply for an E-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival), which allows travellers to obtain their visa prior to departure and facilitates a smoother entry upon arrival in Indonesia. To apply, please visit the following link.
For non-VoA economies, including Fiji, Kiribati, Samoa, and Tonga, we kindly request you to complete this form by 26 September 2025 and submit your personal details together with a copy of the passport information page bearing your photograph.
