1. Meeting venue, location map and transportation
This year’s meetings venue is Wyndham Legend Halong in Quang Ninh Province,
Viet Nam. Wyndham Legend Halong is the first hotel in Bai Chay District claimed the international five-star standard by a global hotel chain (Wyndham Hotel Group). Located in the most beautiful coastline of Ha Long, the hotel boasts the incredible and panoramic views of the World's Natural Heritage site Ha Long Bay, Bai Chay Bridge, Ha Long downtown and Sun Wheel. Guests enjoy proximity to gorgeous caves (Thien Cung, Dau Go, Sung Sot, Luon), Bai Chay Beach, Quang Ninh Museum, Sun World Halong Complex, Halong Walking Street. The hotel is situated 176 km from the Noi Bai International Airport and would take approximately 2.5 hours by car.

Please note: although the transfer service from Hanoi Airport to Ha Long operates 24 hours, it is recommended that if your
flight lands between 1:00am to 5:00am that you to stay the night in Hanoi.

From Noi Bai Airport to Ha Long, it takes 2,5 - 3 hours.

Local currency:
- The official monetary unit in Vietnam is Viet Nam Dong.
- The exchange rate can be found at Vietcombank website. Currency exchange is available at the airport, hotels, and banks.
- US dollar is also accepted at hotels, restaurants and shops. Travelers cheques are accepted in some places. Most hotels, travel agencies and restaurants accept major credit cards. Most banks are equipped to process credit card cash withdrawals.
- There are no restrictions concerning the amount of foreign currency that may be brought into Viet Nam but if the amount exceeds 5,000 USD then this should be reported to customs on arrival at the airport.
Climate:
- The average daytime temperature in Ha Long in November is around 19ºC.
- We recommend you bring a warm coat, windbreaker.
Language:
- Vietnamese is the official language. English is also used widely in hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. However, most taxi drivers only speak a little English; therefore, be sure to write down the Vietnamese address of your destination.
Dress Code:
